Please take the time to read our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). This includes important information regarding your purchase with us. Our policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013.
By purchasing online or offline from HCSGADGETS.COM, you are entering into and agreeing to the following contractual agreement, also known as our Terms and Conditions.

These T&C’s regulate the agreement between “you” the customer, and HCS Gadgets (hereinafter referred to as “HCSGADGETS”).


Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. Customers must contact us via email to cancel an order and a full refund will be processed within 14 days (this only applies if the order has not already been shipped). All funds will be refunded to the card/payment source provided at the time of the purchase. If the order has been dispatched with the courier on our site at the time of cancellation, the customer will be charged with the postage costs and free shipping options will incur a £9.70 charge.


Returns Policy

For all returns, you will first need to contact us. For UK Customers, see our Contact Page.

You have a 30-day return period if you are unhappy with your item. This starts on the day that you receive the item(s). All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure all security seals and tags are still intact. If goods have been used or damaged, then we are unable to accept any return. Any items used cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will need to provide the following details with your consignment:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number (stated on your order confirmation email)
  3. State the reason for return

It will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage for any unwanted goods. Goods MUST be sealed in its original packaging. Any item you have returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send your item(s) back to us using a courier service which insures you for the value of the goods. As soon as your item is back with us and has undergone routine checks, we will be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed.



It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your consignment. Please Note: we only accept returns from the person who bought the item(s). If the hoverboard has been used or is damaged, then we will not issue a refund. The item can be repaired under the 12 Month Warranty or replaced if deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault.

Please Note: HCS Gadgets will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.



Here at HCS GADGETS, our Hoverboards come with a 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty, which covers any electrical or mechanical fault(s). Due to the nature of the product, we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the product or accessories.

For the first 1 month of the warranty, HCS GADGETS will provide our customers with a prepaid DPD Drop Off return label for any faulty good(s). After the initial 1 month, the customer will be responsible to cover the costs of the return postage for the item to return to our repairs center. After the item is repaired, we will then cover the cost of sending the item back to you, therefore effectively splitting costs.

We highly recommend sending the item back in its original packaging to protect the item during transit. Once the item has arrived at us and undergone routine checks, we will be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed. If the item has been damaged in transit due to poor packaging, the customer is liable to pay for the repair.

Please Note: The warranty is only valid if the product is charged every 30 days, in order to maintain a minimum battery charge level. If upon examination, it is discovered that the battery within the product has not been charged, then the overall product warranty will be void as this can cause an effect on the battery, as well as other hoverboard components.

Warranty Breakdown

  • 1-year full UK manufacturer’s warranty on the hoverboard body
  • 3-month full UK manufacturer’s warranty for the battery
  • 3-month full UK manufacturer’s warranty for the rear wheel and other consumables


HCS GADGETS do not cover the following:

  • General Wear and Tear
  • Scratching and other aesthetic damages to the Outer Casing
  • Damage to the Hardware, Electronics or Casing caused by Impact
  • Damage to the Hardware, Electronics or Casing caused by Dropping the Board
  • Any Damage caused by Collision or Accidents during use
  • Theft
  • Damage due to attempt of Repairs or Modifying the Hoverboard, Components or Charger Accessories in any way
  • Wear and tear to hoverkart wheel, straps and the seat.

Once a pre-paid return label has been sent to you, the item return must be returned within 4 weeks of the label being issued.
If the item is not returned within the first 4 weeks of it being issued, we will not provide a new return label, it is then the customers responsibility to use their own shipping courier to return the item.

Please Note: It can take up to 28 days for a repaired item to be processed and returned to the customer.


Damage Caused by Transit

Understanding the frustration of receiving the damaged item(s), in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, if the goods purchased are found to be damaged upon arrival, and is proven not to be the fault of the customer, we will provide either a replacement or a refund. Proof of damage of the parcel and products within the package must be sent via email. Please also attach an image of the delivery label at the front of the parcel.

Price Adjustments

Prices can be adjusted at any time. HCSGADGETS reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice.


Wrong or Damaged Item Received

In an unlikely event that the product(s) are faulty upon delivery, please email us directly. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you have received the wrong item, you must return the item in the same condition in which you received it within 14 days to qualify for a refund or a replacement. For damaged or faulty products, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to send an explanation to where the fault or damage is located, and we will then explain the next steps you will need to take in the process to resolve this issue. Please contact us first before returning any item(s). DO NOT attempt to fix any faulty or damaged item(s), as this will void the warranty and we will be unable to accept any returns.


Item not Received

Please accept our apologies if you have not yet received your item. This happens very rarely, however, we appreciate how frustrating it can be and will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Before contacting us, please leave a reasonable amount of time (14 days) to allow your delivery to arrive. Our estimated delivery times are displayed on our couriers tracking page. Delivery may be delayed by couriers due to busy periods, such as Christmas, or due to adverse weather conditions. To receive a refund or a replacement product you must contact us within 30 days after you have received your dispatch confirmation email.


Safety Notice

Using a hoverboard and hoverkart, like all sports, carries an inherent risk of injury, damage to property or even death. You should always wear a helmet, knee, wrist, and elbow pads, alongside any other protective equipment, to limit risk of injury. Ensure you use the product within your abilities. Familiarise yourself to stop (slide), mount and dis-mount from the hoverboard and hoverkart. Do not use the hoverboard in traffic or other dangerous locations that may increase your risk of injury.


Promotional Offers

Promotional Voucher Codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Promotion offers valid upon given date. We reserve the right to end offers at any given time. Anything offered “free” is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase and you are not guaranteed to receive a “free” add-on.


Limitation of Liability

In no event will HCSGADGETS be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages to property, injury, or loss of life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the misuse of its products.



During the payment process, we ask for personal information that identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.

We will use the information for the following purposes:

  • To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe will be of interest to you
  • To improve the content design and layout of the website
  • To understand the interest and buying behavior of our registered users
  • To perform other general marketing and promotions focused on our products and activities

HCSGADGETS do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.

The copyright in HCSGADGETS and the content of all the software, website and pages related to HCSGADGETS.COM is owned by or licensed to Global Network Limited, unless otherwise specified, and may not be used, copied, or altered without our express consent.

Copyright extends to the design, look, and feel of HCSGADGETS, all photographs on the website, and its marketing materials.

You may use HCS GADGETS for private and personal non-commercial use only – i.e. to view, copy, and print portions of HCSGADGETS.COM for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on HCSGADGETS.COM may not be used for any other purpose.

HCSGADGETS does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trademark and the trademarks of the brands featured on HCSGADGETS.COM belong to their respective owners.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include delivery. Please review our other policies posted on this site.
