Delivery Policy

Delivery Services:

  • Mainland UK: Orders under £40 cost £3.99 for Royal Mail two-day delivery. Orders of £40 and above qualify for free next working day delivery.
  • Northern Ireland: Orders under £40 cost £3.99 for Royal Mail two-day delivery. Orders of £40 and above cost £10 for next working day delivery.

Delivery Area: These rates apply to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland is excluded from the mainland free-delivery offer.

Here’s how it works:

  • Order by 1:30 PM (Monday-Friday): To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery, please place your order before 1:30 PM from Monday to Friday. This ensures that your items are processed and dispatched in time for the next working day's delivery.
  • Orders After Cut-Off Time: If you place your order after 1:30 PM, it will be processed on the next working day, and you can expect your delivery the following day. For example, an order placed on Friday after 1:30 PM will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend (after 1:30 PM on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Please note that our Next Working Day Delivery service is designed to bring your items to you quickly and efficiently, ensuring that your needs are met with the speed you deserve. This service is subject to availability and may vary depending on your location within the UK.

Eligibility: Free next working day delivery is available for mainland UK orders of £40 and above. Northern Ireland delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £40 and £10 for orders of £40 and above. The applicable delivery option and charge are shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns:

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are not entirely happy with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please use our contact form to set up the return, and we will provide you with the necessary details and a return label.

  • Returns Fees: Should the item no longer be wanted, a returns fee will be applied. However, if the return is initiated within the first 30 days from the purchase date, we will provide a return label free of charge.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and any accessories. Failure to return goods as previously described may result in a refusal of the return.

After 30 Days - Warranty Claims:

  • 12-Month Warranty: Our products are accompanied by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issues within this period, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
  • Warranty Process: For items under warranty requiring repair or replacement, refunds will not be offered. We will, however, ensure that the item is repaired or replaced in accordance with the warranty terms.
  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear. It is limited to manufacturing defects only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Order:

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow the returns process mentioned above.

Refunds

  • Refunds Timing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding any return shipping fees for items no longer wanted after the first 30 days.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
