Order cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. Customers must contact us via email to cancel an order and a full refund will be processed within 14 days (this only applies if the order has not been shipped). All funds will be refunded to card/payment source provided at time of purchase. If order has been dispatched with the courier on our side at time of cancellation, customer will be charged the postage costs and free shipping options will incur a £9.70 charge.

Returns Policy

You have a 30-day return period if you are unhappy with your item. This starts on the day that you received the item. All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure all security seals and tags are still intact. If good(s) have been used or damaged, then we are unable to accept any return. Any items used cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will need to provide the following details with your consignment:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number (stated on your order confirmation email)
  3. State the reason for return

It will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage for any unwanted goods. Goods MUST be sealed in its original packaging. Any item you have returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send your item(s) back to us using a courier service which insures you for the value of the goods. As soon as your item is back with us and has undergone routine checks, we will be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed.


It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your consignment. Please Note: we only accept returns from the person who bought the item(s). If the hoverboard has been used or is damaged, then we will not issue a refund. The item can be repaired under the 12 Month Warranty or replaced if deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault.

Please Note: HCS Gadgets will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.

Damaged Items

We endeavour to package items as securely as possible.

Please report any damages to our Customer Service team instantly, by completing the Contact Us Form. Please:

  • Specify the item(s) affected and the damage that has occurred.
  • Attach images of the damaged item(s), as this will help our customer service team resolve any issues for you without delay.

Alternatively, you can send us a Direct Message via our Facebook or Twitter page (@hcsgadgets). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please DO NOT dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.

Please Note: The buyer is responsible of printing any pre-paid labels provided by HCS Gadgets

Once a pre-paid return label has been sent to you, the item return must be returned within 4 weeks of the label being issued.
If the item is not returned within the first 4 weeks of it being issued, we will not provide a new return label, it is then the customers responsibility to use their own shipping courier to return the item.
