Welcome to HCS Gadgets delivery page.  We strive ourselves in offering free delivery, offering the best logistic service.

We work with many different UK delivery companies, ensuring parcels are delivered safe and quickly, we use DPD, DX, Hermes, and Royal Mail.

All orders and dispatched and sent by 3pm, the cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm.

Items under £40 will be sent via Hermes/Royal Mail and will take up to 2-3 working days to arrive – Tracking will be sent to you via email.

Items over £40 will be sent via DPD/DX and will arrive next working day. Tracking will be sent via email and a signature is required upon delivery. A delivery time slot will be also sent to the email.

Items must be placed before 3pm to be eligible for next working day delivery, working days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.

There are however a few exceptions to the standard delivery terms which take up to 3-3-4 working days. These are:

• UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
• Northern Ireland.
• Parts of the Scottish Highlands.
• Parts of Scotland

Next day express delivery – £5.99

Orders placed before 5.30pm Mon-Fri are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, for next working day delivery via our couriers DPD. Please note this service will not deliver on a Saturday, please use the Saturday Delivery option for that.

UK Saturday Delivery – £12.99

Orders placed before 3pm Friday are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, for the following Saturday delivery via our couriers DPD.

All orders over £35 will be shipped with DPD Next Day Delivery
All orders can be tracked as soon as it has been dispatched from our warehouse, using the tracking number that will be emailed to you on dispatch. Simply track online with DPD.

• Select an alternative delivery date
• Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
• Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
• Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pick up Shop

Order cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. Customers must contact us via email to cancel an order and a full refund will be processed within 14 days (this only applies if the order has not been shipped), all funds will be refunded to card/payment source provided at time of purchase. If order has been booked with courier on our side at time of cancellation customer will be charged the postage costs, free shipping options will incur a £9.70 charge.

Returns policy

For all returns you will first need to contact us, for UK customers see our contact page.

You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return period, which starts on the day you received the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure all security seals and tags are still intact. If good(s) have been used or damaged then we are unable to accept any return.Any items used cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You’ll need to provide the following details with your consignment. It will be down to the customer to cover the cost of return postage for unwanted goods. Goods must still be sealed in original packaging.

1. Full Name
   2. Order number (you’ll find this on your order confirmation e-mail),
   3. State the reason for return.

Any item you have accepted is your responsibility to arrange postage back to us until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. As soon as the item is back with us and has undergone routine checks, we’ll be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed. Please note, it can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your consignment.

 Refunds

Once an order has been cancelled or returned for a refund the process can take up to 14 working days. Please note we only accept returns from the person who brought the items(s). Please note if the hoverboard has been used or is damaged then we will not issue a refund, the item will be repaired under the 12 months warranty or replaced if deemed to have a manufacturers fault

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.

Please Note: HCS Gadgets will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees. The buyer is responsible to print any pre-paid labels provided by HCS Gadgets.

Damage items
We endeavor to package items as securely as possible.
Please report any damages to our customer service team by completing the Contact Us form below.

• Please specify the item(s) affected and the damage that has occurred.
• Attach images of the damaged item(s) as this will help our customer service team resolve this for you without delay.
