Free delivery – with mainland UK orders

Orders will be sent via courier requiring a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Small parcels – these orders are usually sent using the Royal Mail service and are usually delivered within 48 hours. These orders are not tracked.

Medium parcels – these orders are sent via MyHermes delivery service. Orders should usually arrive within 48 hours after the order is dispatched and require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Large parcels – these orders are delivered using the Parcel Force service and arrive next day after dispatch. Orders will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Monday – Friday 11am

Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Yes you can cancel your order – Please message us before shipping the order via messages or live chat.

Simply check the relevant product page for updates as to when the product will arrive.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered together due to stock levels and delivery times. We shall ensure that your order is sent within the relevant time frame.

Our courier service will contact you if there is no one upon delivery.

Yes, we include all invoices within the order. Simply check the packaging or ‘Documents enclosed’ envelope for this.

We aim to process refunds within 7 working days upon inspection of the product. Please refer to our returns and refunds page for further information. Please note that the customer shall bear the cost of the refund.
